Steps & Stoops: common questions
Should my steps be repaired or rebuilt?
If the steps are solid and only the surface or edges are damaged, a repair can work. If they have settled, cracked through or pulled away from the house, a rebuild is usually the better choice.
How long until we can use the steps?
Light foot traffic is typically possible after 24 to 48 hours, depending on the weather. Plan on using another entrance during that time if you can.
Do you install railings?
We set new anchors in the concrete. Tell us in the form if you need a railing, and we will let you know whether we can supply it or who can.
