Sidewalk Violations: common questions
Can you get my violation dismissed?
No — and be careful with anyone who promises that. The agency that issued the violation decides. What we do is the repair work.
Do you only repair the squares on the notice?
We price what is cited on the notice. If we see other problems, we list them separately so you can decide.
Do I need a permit to fix the sidewalk?
Often yes, for public sidewalks. The rules depend on your town. We will go over what applies.
My deadline is soon. What should I do?
Contact the issuing agency about the deadline, and send us your notice now so we can review it as soon as possible. We cannot promise a start date until we have seen the job.
